Navigate to the main menu or dashboard

1. Once logged in, you will be directed to your Home Page.

Access the DIY Tool

• Click on the DIY Tool option on the Ottermap menubar.

Search for Property

• On the DIY page, enter the property address in the search bar.
• Alternatively, use the latitude and longitude coordinates to locate the property.
• Select the correct property from the suggestions.
• Click the Search Arrow button or press Enter to proceed.

Draw and Edit Boundary

• The selected property will be highlighted with a red pin on the map.
• Verify the displayed property boundary. If it aligns with the tax records.

• Use the "Draw" button to add a parcel by outlining the desired boundary on the map and use the "Delete" button to remove unwanted AOIs.
• Click the "Edit" button to adjust the boundary as needed, and use the "Cut" button to remove unwanted sections of a polygon.

Add New Features

• Click on Add New Feature to select the required features for your property.
