Login to your page using the login credentials, and make sure you have sufficient credits to place an order.

  1. New Property: Click on the **New Property** icon.

  2. Fill Address: On the New Order page, fill in the address that you want to locate in the box on the map screen. The platform will show you the addresses in the suggestions, select the right address that you’re looking for, and you will then land up at the property. Proceed to the next step. (Note: For the demo, we have used a Walmart store)

    Please Note: If you don’t see the property address in the suggestions, you can also use property lat-long coordinates (**units that represent the coordinates at the geographic coordinate system)** to locate your site and name the property in the next step.

  3. Confirm Property: Here you’ll land at the selected property, marked with a Red pin. In case, this is not the correct property you’re looking for, please zoom out to locate the property nearby the current property. When you locate the property on the map, just click on the building to drop the pin 📌 and Click on **Confirm Property** button

    Note: Did not find the property that you’re looking for? Move to the next step⬇️

In case you could not locate the property of your interest on the map, please search for the lat-long coordinates of the site. (you can use google maps to source the coordinates)

Once you have the coordinates, please enter the info in the second box below and click on Find button, once you see the pin on the correct property, please add the property address in the second column and click **Save**. Once you’re done with the property search, please click the Confirm Property button to proceed further.

  1. Confirm Boundary: The next step is to confirm the Parcel outline/ AOI or property boundary. The platform show the property boundary as per the tax records. If this is correct, the user just needs to confirm the boundary and move to next step.

    In case, there is some change needed, you can click on the Edit button to make the change, use the Draw button to create new parcel and delete to erase any unwanted AOI. A user can create multiple AOIs as well depending on the need and scope of service of a particular site.

    For Eg: In case you are servicing just the common areas in an HOA, you’ll want to map different parts of the property instead of the whole. So, you can leverage the service of creating different parcels and keep the cost and delivery time low.

  2. Select Features: In this step, please select the features that you want to get measured from the list of features. For a better understanding of the features, you can refer to our Feature directory.

    Once the features have been selected, Click on the **Confirm Selected Features** button.

    Please review your order for the final submission. In case there is any correction in any of the steps you can simply click on the step in the progress bar to make the correction.

    You can also add some order notes for our operations team to follow while giving a final check to the property measurements to ensure a accurate data and maps that fits just right for your business requirement.

    As a final ahead, please click the **Place Order** button and your site will be submitted for measurement.

    You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is successfully placed. Later, you’ll be notified when your measurements are ready for your review.
