Once you’ve placed your bulk order with Ottermap, you might need images to enhance your proposals. Here's how you can request these images:

Access the Project Section

• Log in to your Ottermap account and navigate to the Project section.

Search for Your Project

• Use the search bar to locate your project by entering the name you used when placing the order.

• Or simply, look for your Project ID.

Open the Options Menu

• Once you locate your project, click on the three vertical dots on the right-hand side.

• From the list of options; select Request Images from the menu.

• After clicking the Request Images button, a notification will pop up confirming that your image request has been successfully sent.

Note: Images are generated only for orders with completed measurements.

Check Image Status

• Once your request is sent, the system will start generating your images.
